Murray is No. 1 SOLELY because of Djokovic's slump? Duh!!!!
Djokovic turns it around and you go down in flames with so much more on the line this time around than it was when you first clinched the No. 1 rank?
How can that mean anything else - ALL other factors like TOC etc. notwithstanding?
Finally a new champ at O2, finally a new year end number one. Improbable victory. What is happening with D. Won matches easily, then loses the final? reminds of Fed?

"What is happening with D" --- not just his losing,
but his being routined 6-3 6-4 despite Andy being on court for 3 hrs 38 min yesterday...
Weirdly precipitous fall-off!

M spent more than 3 hrs to get pass Nishikori too. Really unreal, maybe scripted?

This Djokovic performance looks worse than at UO. I thought UO against Stan was a high quality contest. He did have chances and missed. I don't see chances for him in this as he was late to the ball. He hit a lot of defensive shots, including those backhand slices. It looks like that he has hit extremely hard for about 10 years, and is finally losing speed and power. Perhaps he'll have some chances next year and then it's over.
