Name player who deliberately (there was absolutely no doubt about it in the minds of everyone watching including his opponent's who was hit) hit his opponent with the shot AND did not apologize.

TP, I'm assuming you're referring to Djokovic deliberately forehandedly & successfully hit Federer into his chest for which I received my first WOF award last year.

The one that sticks out in my mind is Lendl drilling McEnroe.

This one was VERY VERY blatant. If Djokovic's was 2, this one was 10 on 1-10 'brazen' scale.

"apologized" --- as in a quick racquet-lift, simultaneous with a quick glance-back, as he immediately saunters back to his baseline?
O....K.

More info:
Opponent did not react to first getting hit and second not getting an apology. He knew he was asking for it - and 'deserved' it.

Nothing against McEnroe here, per se.
But...
[ To throw in a standard BOXING analogy... ]
If Boxer A launches a hay-maker --- charges the net with a sub-par approach-shot ---
And resultingly gets CLOCKED by a counter-punch from Boxer B...
Does anyone --- and I mean ANYONE --- really believe that Boxer B
should offer up some kind of conciliatory gesture, or else he's a total DICK?

Kyrgios hitting Nadal, though it was more an attempted hit than a real one.

Well an educated guess should have put Verdasco on my radar. His reputation for "nastiness" is well-founded.
