Djokovic probably wanted to somehow fire himself up and maybe distract his opponent? This was an extremely small chance event? Imagine if the judge was hit anywhere else, Djokovic will not get punished? He lost because of gamesmanship, which in the past helped him. Perhaps it just evens it up a little bit.


Djokovic has the most devastating shots in tennis - forehand, backhand, faul shot, you name it. This little shot out of nowhere decided the winner.
