It has to be the Delpotro match, where he could have had a better tactic going in, or played better to close out the match. Overall, he may be the better player than Delpotro those days. IF somehow they could play a rematch, shortly after, he would have been able to beat Delpotro.
At W with Djokovic, Federer tried everything possible and still came up short. If they played a rematch shortly after, Djokovic would still have been favored to beat Federer again.
