Not in order:
Federer vs Nadal Wimbledon final that Nadal won.
Federer vs Djokovic Wimbledon final with 40-15 tag.
Nadal vs Djokvoic AO final with five plus hours duration.
Borg vs McEnroe Wimbledon final that McEnroe won.
Federer vs Hewitt US Open final with two bagels.
I would put the 09 AO final ahead of 08 Wimby. There's a reason Federer cried at one and not the other: the degree of shotmaking he produced that day was utterly sublime, I though a clear level above Wimby, and yet Nadal still found a way to win. I think that's also why Federer somewhat broke apart in the fifth set (the only negative point about that match) whereas he fought for longer at Wimby.
Which brings me to the 17 Fedal again at AO. Yes - the entire match perhaps doesn't make the cut. But has there ever been a finer and more unexpected comeback than the end of the fifth set, particularly in view of the 09 precedent?
