The fan's comment makes sense in a pure TENNIS context,
if not (necessarily) taking their respective personas into account.
Agassi had just had his breakthrough to the top ranks a few months previously in 1988
by making it to the FO Semi-Finals, whereas Connors already had all his career achievements in the bag.
